The spirit of business enterprise (CE) strategies are widely recommended for established businesses to solve problems related to growth and economic performance they face in the highly competitive business environments. However, relatively little empirical light has been shed on the process of the practices of the EC strategy and functioning in everyday organizational life. The case study presented here addresses this issue came to exhaust the description of how a long-established company in dire economic circumstances renewed its strategy in relation to an interview with the CEO of the company.
