Case studies of the decision of the security company Brink spin-off of its security division at home the rest of society. The decision follows pressure on the company for three who felt that Brinks has been chronically undervalued companies and individuals worth more than the combined company hedge fund activists. The company has resisted the decision for over a year before accepting failure. The case is the argument used by the company and each of the investors.
