  • Coding and distributing the CT scan by the technician takes 2 minutes

Shortcomings of Old Scanning process

The complete scanning process demonstrated that technician was occupying 18 minutes quite a nurse per patient, and therefore, the 18 minutes’ period was an opportunity for the nurse. These 18 minutes had created bottleneck within the scanning process, ultimately resulting in reduced profitability and operational inefficiency.
