The case study in four parts (if the text A, B, C, and D video case) illustrates the key concepts and lessons on adaptive behavior change in certain extra-musical activities in Berlin and recognized stock-based conductor and pianist Daniel Barenboim. This case illustrates the challenges associated with resistance to adaptive change, understanding stakeholders, managing conflict, although important psychological challenges unpopular leader, efforts to change the conditions of pressure from various stakeholders, consciously or unconsciously trying to divert the leader focused on changing push forward.
