AddRec Solutions Pvt. Ltd (AddRec), a recruiting process outsourcing company, had passed a successful year 2011 and the establisher had huge plans for 2012. The founder dreamed of threefold increase in the next five years without adding any new divisions or losing the boutique placement of the company. Yet the company founder faced more than several challenges. Rivalry in the sector was growing from other sellers and in addition from the inner human resource sections of some of the customers of AddRec.

Relationship management skills and the founder’s individual charm and direct participation had been essential in the growth of AddRec but it remained to be seen whether the firm, at this stage in its development, was prepared for the following development stage. Additionally, his team had a group of abilities that will have to be aligned with the development he imagined.
