Collaborative work environments and team-based structures are widely used across various kinds of organizations. Leaders increasingly need models for leading in complex intense teaming situations. To comprehend the team leader’s job, it is necessary know and to recognize the dynamics of teamwork, including teams develop over time as well as the teaming components which are significant for success. By understanding the dynamics happening within a team setting and the phases of team growth, leaders develop positive team dynamics and can focus on initiatives which are directed at specific critical moments for the team. Two critical minutes for the team leader are building and launching the team for a brand new job initiative. Following the project launch, teams begin to collaborate the evaluating and performing cycle toward goal achievement. We offer a new model for understanding the stages of team growth and construct this model to incorporate direction jobs that are significant at every point.
